Job Description:


Duties and Responsibilities:


Offers & Sales


  • Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns.
  • Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders.
  • Monitor helicopter sales warranties and training credits.
  • Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the department.


Marketing & Communications


  • Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines
  • Research prospects and leads
  • In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
  • Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
  • Take lead in organizing company events
  • Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
  • Analysis of competitors

Customer relation


  • Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility.

Ad hoc tasks


  • Other tasks as may be required by the department

Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business and/or Engineering 
  • Languages: English local language is a plus
